Terms and Conditions:

  1. Registered individual (known as Agent) agreed that each name given is valid and is known to the agent.

  2. Agent also warrants that the individual is indeed seeking new job opportunities.

  3. Agent will receive payment only after the candidate referred to isp has been accepted by our clients and the candidate has also accepted the job.

  4. Agent will receive payment only after the guarantee period has expired. This guarantee period is 30 days but may vary depend on the clients. Agent will be duly informed of the guarantee period.

  5. Each candidate recommended by Agent will expire after 3 months from the date of submission by the Agent. Thereafter, the candidate’s resume becomes isp Search’s property. Agent will not receive any payment should the candidate be placed in any job after the expiry date.

  6. Agent will be informed within 24 hours after the submission of any names on whether the names submitted qualifies for the payment of fees. Agents are to contact us should they fail to receive any confirmation after 24 hours.

  7. Agent agrees that each and every candidate names submitted will be subject to rigorous check and the candidates may be deemed unsuitable. The decision to shortlist submitted candidates is entirely that of isp Search.

  8. Isp Search warrants that it will use it’s best effort to place the recommended candidate should it find the candidate suitable.

  9. Isp Search warrants that they will be fair in resolving any disputes and agent agree that isp Search and its management is the final arbiter for any disputes. Agent also agrees that isp Search and its management reserves the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
