Brief History

isp Search was conceived in a cafe at Holiday Inn Hotel in 1992 among a few friends and ex- colleague of IBM Singapore. Its aim was to be a provider of premium quality head hunting services for companies in Singapore. As IT professionals, the focus was to work within the IT industry. Thus isp Search started operating with a small team of consultants seeking and placing IT professionals to end-user customers as well as multi-national IT companies. Over the years, we have work with a myriad of companies. Our clients range from banks, distribution and manufacturing companies as well as IT companies. The range of jobs that we have successfully placed range from computer operators to top management in sales and technical positions.

Our operations remain small. All our consultants, both full time and free-lance, are from the IT industry. Each of us would have at least 10 years of working experience in the IT industry holding various positions as well as have a myriad of different IT skills and knowledge.

Over the years we have been providing quality services to our clients. Our biggest source of business is our clients that come back repeatedly. We attribute our success to our commitment to customer service.  We continue to commit to this premium quality. The backbone of our services is a code of ethics that we adhere strictly to. GOING FORWARD . . .

Going forward, we are looking to grow our operations. To grow in a market of intense competition, we intend to look beyond Singapore through globalizing our operations. Our approach will be to form alliances, at the start, with overseas companies. This will allow us to access overseas talents as well as to bring our local talents to foreign shores.
